Most of the hotels in Muncie are now booked for the Indiana Annual Conference Session June 25-28, but here is a listing of Anderson (exit is 12 minutes south of the Ball State exit on I-69) and Gas City (exit is 12 minutes north of the Ball State exit on I-69) hotels. The conference has not entered into contracts with any of these hotels but they would be worth checking out.
The conference has PLENTY of residence hall rooms available as long as members register through the Indiana Annual Conference, either online or by mailing their paper registration form to Indiana Conference, PO Box 869, Marion, IN 46952. Anyone calling Ball State directly will likely be told that residence hall rooms are limited simply because they are all reserved through the Indiana Conference Marion office.
