The United Methodist Foundation of Indiana seeks visionary, entrepreneurial, experienced, value–driven executive leadership. The position also will include executive responsibility for the Indiana United Methodist Loan and Savings Ministry. The appointee will have had a successful upper management record, with direct personal exposure and passion for nonprofit structures and purposes, and proven ability to motivate, lead, train, and work with staff in a manner that builds cohesion and productivity. The successful applicant will have demonstrated capacity to inspire public understanding and confidence in the organization’s mission and goals, and possess thorough understanding of fund raising principles and strategies with a significant record of implementation and results. The appointee will have modeled a deep personal faith, appreciate the structure and culture of the United Methodist Church, and have a record of responsible stewardship and prudent management of invested funds, a compassionate heart, and a capable business perspective. Applicants must have a relevant Bachelor’s Degree; MBA, or Master’s degree in a closely related field preferred. Professional certification, such as CFA, CPA, CWM, or CFRE, is a plus.
